James Louis Design supply & fit tanking systems to all wet rooms.  These include residential and commercial changing rooms or industrial applications. Our wet rooms vastly reduce the possibility of water damage in the event of a bath or shower enclosure leak.

To ensure a long-lasting quality finish all bathroom & wet room renovations are removed back to the stud partitions and block work.

We provide a full renovation to ensure your quality finish lasts for many years to come. But before we start the removal of your existing bathroom, it is important to protect the floors and surrounding work zones, including under the skip and around the skip. If you would prefer not to have a skip we can arrange to have a skip at our offices to remove it that way. 

All existing pipework etc is removed, after your existing bathroom has been removed, and new pipe work is installed, again using the latest technology on the market. We then begin to build your bathroom by using the appropriate material in the correct areas. Step by step we carefully build your space to give you the best foundation for your high-end designer bathroom and if you are going with a wet room we will use the same process, only we will be placing a Jackoboard base board in your shower area after we carry out various steps in building the grounds for it. All Jackoboards have a water flow built into them to ensure the best water drainage and the drains come in different shapes and sizes to suit your preferences. We use the best water-proofing products on the market. 

All our projects are future-proofed with the way we build them. We believe, the key to a perfect finish, is to prepare all projects the correct way. We use the latest water-proofing solutions to ensure you with a long-lasting project.

Tiling then takes place, providing everything is dry and ready to do so. After the tiling, we will polish the tiles and protect them while the decorating and the 2nd fixing of your bespoke sanitary ware and furniture is being installed. Finishing touches can take some time to ensure your luxury project is finished to a high standard. 

After your bespoke bathroom is finished, we will then explain in detail how everything works and how to maintain your bathroom in detail by Clive. Sign off takes place and you will receive a call from Clive after one month, 6 months and 12 months to make sure that everything is in perfect working order.
